All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time may be extended during:

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

International Shipping (If applicable)

Average transit time: 7–15 business days

3. Free Shipping

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Garden Iris is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-shipping fees resulting from customer error

  • Packages returned to sender because of address issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it, but additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, Garden Iris is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages damaged after delivery

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the product(s) inside

We will assist with a replacement or solution as applicable.


7. International Duties & Taxes (If applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These fees:

  • Are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • May vary by country

8. Delivery Delays

Garden Iris is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier strikes

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing

However, we will always support you in tracking and resolving issues with your shipment.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and fails (due to unavailability or refusal), the package may be:

  • Returned to us

  • Held at a logistics center

  • Redelivered upon customer request

Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
