Refund policy

At Garden Iris, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are personal-care skincare items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To protect all customers and maintain product safety standards:

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used products

  • Products with damaged packaging after delivery

  • Products returned without approval

  • Products purchased during sale/discount events (non-refundable)

We DO accept returns for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Unopened and unused products (within the return window)


2. Return Window

Returns for eligible items must be requested within:

7 days of delivery

Requests received after 7 days may not be approved.


3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened (seal intact)

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Products that appear opened, tested, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.


4. Return Process

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products with missing components

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Orders past the return window


7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items purchased through third-party sellers

  • Orders with incorrect address entered by customer


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If the customer refuses delivery, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.


9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
